Godaddy Auctions - Can I set WHOIS protection on the domain?

I'm a complete noob at auctioning domains. But I have been scouting them for a few weeks now. And I finally won an auction. It took me a few google searches just to find out: "After you make a payment, we move the domain name to your account within 7 days."

In the meantime, I would like to figure out if I can set up WHOIS protection, etc. Or if not, what other steps can I do?

I feel dumb about not doing more research beforehand.

Whois privacy protection is an add-on that is available to you from GoDaddy after the domain has been transferred to you.
