I do it weekly, sometimes daily.
Check to make sure the PR hasn't be faked. SB has a tool for that.
Before you buy, check archive.org or google itself to see if you can find a cached page. Use the same <title> information, no matter what it says.
Don't wait more than 48 hours (less then 24 hours is best) from when you get the domain released to you before you have an active website online.
8.5 out of 10 domains I buy this way keeps their PR, but it your job after that to maintain it.

Thanks for this great response! Just a quick one-is it possible that when I check pr w fake pr checker on scrapebox that I get a false result I.e -->
Scrapebox says it's real when it's fake? Also do u keep the original content or just post new within 24hr?
