Ok, I am testing the latest version of god cpa for leaking referrers because this has been a problem in the past.
I think this can benefit many of us!

Can everything who has a browser other than the newest FF, IE, or Safari test this link:

    http://watch-lost-online.com/?p=3

I have a referrer check iframed with god cpa faking the referrer of "http://watch-lost-online.com/tester.php"

In the box on the page down below it will say who the referrer is,

If it is anything other than "http://watch-lost-online.com/tester.php" in the referrer address bar can you tell me the browser you're using, and if you want to be extra nice tell me the version and attach a link to a screen shot.

Thank You! and i think this can benefit a lot of us.

    Hey thanks guys,

According to blackhit's there was a leaked referer... :(

That's a disappointment because i figured the creator of god cpa would have at least made the script capable of handling at the very least FF and IE.

Can anyone offer any suggestions to maybe stop any chance of a leak?

this is an easy fix. hide your referrer with the CPA-R...then inside the generated Iframe code, change the link that goes to the offer to the CPA-R Magic Number Link instead so that the Iframe will have to go thru the CPA-R first, thus faking your referrer.

But don't some browsers show the referrer as the page that the site is iframed inside?

Because in blackhit's test it showed the referrer as the page it was iframed inside.

yeah, it could, Iframes are tricky and don't always trigger like they should. To really cover your ass you would want to blank the referrer of the page the Iframe sits on, or fake it with the CPA-R too and show it coming from a different post on your "white hat" site/blog

Hmmm, But even if i fake the referrer with CPAR on the iframed page and the page with the iframe, the page that it is iframed inside of can show as the referrer like it did above.

Just change the url inside the Iframe to go to a redirect site which THEN redirects to the CPAR link which will of course redirect to the offer. This way your CPAR redirect is independent of the iframe.
