On 1st January 2009, I wrote a list of goals to accomplish before 2010. A few of the goals were: Improve my panic disorder have a bigger body size (i'm skinny at that time) make $10,000 (never had job experience since i was always studying) And guess what? All of them were accomplished! I am coping with my panic disorder well... i've not taken any medication for 2-3 months. I started bodybuilding just a month ago and kept focus on it. Now my size is bigger than before. And manage to make $10,000 online. Yeah, I know it isn't much... but hey, I succeed the goal. Now I've wrote a longer list of goals for 2010. One of them is to make $300/day and I am confident I will achieve it! Ok, I'm sure some people will say "how to cope with laziness?" It's pretty simple... NEVER let yourself think of excuses. Clear your mind, force yourself to do it... after a few minutes, you will catch the momentum and start accomplishing it. For better motivation, cut them into smaller "goals" and accomplish it. Seriously guys, write a list of goals and remember them... I swear it helps!
