Another good source is seo2020dotcom by charles heflin. He also has a ton of free educational material and videos. He is the same guy involved in the pay per play program that is making the round these days.

A good training session, this website is a good model for marketing new products by offering some freebies to attract visitors.

Armand's model is good for niche wannabes, which is great, you could also compile some of the leading resources in any particular niche and in your own words become the expert/authority then go to the competitors and offer them 70% affiliate commission to promote your new product, just a thought...
