Hello if you were as me which tool you will choose as complete beginner.which one will you choose and why ?

Follow planner is web based ----> It runs 24/7 (downtime apart). Gmt2 has no profiles limit but you need a vps to run It 24/7. I personally use Jarvee + vps and I was a beginner. Every software like that needs a bit of dedication even if you are expert, so make your choice based on the pro and cons of each bot

That's why i told ya choose the one that is good for you. If you need many accounts but you won't run them 24/7 (unless you buy a vps) go for gmt2. If you need less accounts (you can have many accounts but is a bit expensive) but run them 24/7 without vps, then go for massplanner
I would recommend go for VPS + GMT2/Jarvee/Massplanner than Web-based, why?
1. Obviously, it's more affordable in the long run: You can pay 50$ for VPS + 10$ for GMT2 = 60$/m and you are able to run at least 400 accounts!!
2. You have more control over your data: You can export it, backup it, delete it, cancel it at any time without worrying if your data are still being stored somewhere
(Privacy matter)3. You can run other things too!: You can run GSA along side with your GMT2 if you want to try SEO-ing, download your favourite files with blazing fast speed! Or even running a Paypal account on it (since it has dedicated IP).

That's all I can think of for now, pretty sure there is plenty more advantages/disadvantages
