Can I buy gmail accounts to use them in gmonster?
If so, what characteristics should the accounts I buy have?
Can we warm them up in gmonster by scheduling 1 mail per day and then increasing every day on each account?

Only those Gmail / GSuite accounts work, that have 2FA and App password enabled. Nothing else is required.
You can warm them up like that sure however, it's rather a manual sending because scheduling is currently not available.

Didn't google remove the app password setting for all accounts? If 2FA is required, how will we import hundreds if not thousands of accounts?

Google removed less secure apps, not app pass. You either buy them pre-configured or hire VAs to set up 2fa and app pass.

We don't have 24/7 support, but our colleague replied and solved the issue
We actually have a fully working beta that has a followup feature. When enabled, the software sends a followup after x days. If you are subscriber and wish to try it out, just shoot an email to our support.

A bit of this is quite worrying.
You supply the proxies yet you won't replace them if Gmail bans them?
So the $29 could be a complete waste of money within hours, as we aren't allowed to use our own proxies?

Gmail doesn't ban proxies, they ban accounts. They ban accounts based on their behaviour, which is the sender's resposibility.
All proxies are freshly created specifically for the clients, and have never been used before.
Since accounts can be banned based on how inadequately they were used or created, do you think we should replace the proxies with new ones everytime?
That being said, you can still use the proxy after account bans you just have to tweak your campaign / change your strategy. Also, in some cases we do offer proxy swaps.
