how do you guys make your gmb visible without verifying the address?

my latest gmbs arent showing up unless they are verified

it says i have to do webcam to get verified.

You will need to hire someone to verify it for you if you cant do the video

As per me you have follow their guidelines to get it verified otherwise hire someone how can do the video verification for you. I have created one GMB at it gets approved in 2 days.
