GMB suspended due to quality issues (help please)

Hi, our GMB page was suspended due to quality issues, it states.

I've gone through the GMB guidelines.

I believe the issue is that the domain name is the working name of the business and has been for over 20 years. It's not an offensive domain in any way. Everything else seems to be in accordance with their rules including address, hours, category. I don't see any way around using their domain name as it represents the company everywhere on the web. Any ideas to get the suspension lifted?

Are their keywords in the business name? Is it a multiple location business? Also, if the address is displayed, is it a storefront that serves customers and people can walk into at any time? Those are some common issues. If you PM me a link I can take a look.

Hi, I appreciate your reply. Yes, the keyword is in the business name which is the domain. It is a multiple location business. The address is displayed but it's not a storefront people can walk into. It would be great if you could take a look please... just searching for the PM function and I'll do so.

Rules of thumb to keep in mind;
You can offer paid services in reply to WTB and HAF threads, as @Breakfast1234 pointed out.

General threads like this, you are more than welcome to give free advice.

If someone opens a thread asking for suggestions for a service to do X,Y or Z, you're not allowed to jump in and try to sell in those either, although sometimes your clients on here might tag you into the thread to mention you.

now it's all about signage. it's the first thing they ask when you want to dispute anything
 
If you are legit, send them your business license and they will bring it back to life fast.
We had a similar issue.
