Im going to be sending cold emails using GSuite and my business domain name. I've set up my DKIM and SPF records within workspace and now want to know which is the best mail merger. I used GMass before and never really had any issues (I think). I never really tracked open rates, blocks, etc so im not sure how good it is despite using it as I wasn't too knowledgable on the topic.

Does anyone here have a goto mail merger that has high reliability for getting in an inbox? It will be used for B2B Cold emailing. I really don't want to get blocked, so for the moment I will be sending 50-100 per day to start off and will probably do a max of 300 per day after a while to be safe. Would love to know which one you guys recommend.

GMASS is way ahead of YAMM in my opinion.

Inbox rate / blocking mostly depends on your warm up cycles, account source, domain health etc etc.

Mail Mergers are just the tool

Ok i'll stick with GMass so.

What would you advice me for warming it up?

I would go through GMASS's documentation they have a getting started guide that lists out a pretty decent warm up cycle.

Have a few domains ready to go, being blocked is all part of the process, never really 100% avoidable depending on what your promoting, so it's better to have a flexible system that you can rotate domains between

Appreciate it.

Use GMass, it is better. They also a warm-up guide that you can read.

I have never used GMass for emailing so don't know much about it. If you need a tool or mail merger for B2B marketing, I would say use MailEngine as it integrates APIs from Gmail and Gsuite. Also, it has a spam word checker to make sure your emails won't land in the spam folder thus it increases the inboxing rate. It has a Content and URL spinner which makes every email you sent unique so email sites can’t recognize it as mass mail.

Don't worry about getting blocked, just warm up your domain and validate your list with MailEngine's in-built cleaning system. MailEngine is 100% compliant with mail marketing and PECR laws. You can check this affordable and easy-to-use tool, it will surely help you out with the best email marketing experience. Let me know the reviews after using it.

The inbox rate depends on your email content, list quality, warm-up process.
