I'm looking for public emails like hotmails, yahoos etc that have email forwarding and allow 3rd party apps to connect through them. I've been using gmails but they're a pain. Google keeps sending me "someone has your password" notices even after I verify the 3rd party app was me. I need emails that aren't so bothersome with security issues.

Are hotmails and/or yahoos pretty lax in terms of security? Any others?

outlook/hotmal is getting harder lately, asking for phone confirmation on new accounts. old account still fine.
yahoo is better imo at the moment, and they are still cheap to buy on bulk

Outlook is fine. Doesn't irritate you with security messages. If you're using Windows 8 or 10, then there's a default app for mails that's very convenient.
