For the past 20–30 days or so, I haven’t been able to create Gmail accounts on my iPhones. Previously, I could set them up by verifying with a phone number, but now it demands a QR code for every single one. I can’t bypass or skip this step. I’ve come across a few systems that claim to handle this, but I haven’t dared to purchase them, as I’m not sure if they actually work. Are you experiencing the same issue? If so, how do you get around it?

Note: I’ve tried using GoLogin and various other "undetected" browsers, but none of them have worked.

Seems like Google has become stricter with account creation lately. If you're making several accounts from the same device, that might be triggering extra checks. I'd be careful with those paid tools though. A lot of them promise a workaround but don't deliver. Better to stick with Google's verification process.

Delete your existing cookies and connect to a VPN; if you were already using a VPN, turn it off.

Yes, I've also encountered that problem. Creating Gmail accounts has become much more difficult. I'm working on it by using a scan of a verified phone number, but it can only create one account at a time. If I try to create a second one, it's deemed impossible, whereas before I could create many accounts.

Most regular users never even see that QR screen tbh. Google usually only shows it if something about your setup looks off — fast signups, bad IPs, antidetect profiles, all that triggers their filters pretty quick. On iphone it just opens a webview in settings anyway. From what ive seen a clean mobile proxy and not doing everything back to back helps a lot, you basically just need to look like normal traffic

That is true. I was able to sign up, but only with warmup of the session and not a Setup everybody else uses or is not giving away so many data points about you (CHROME as example)
