I was making some gmail accounts by hand. I used 3 different ip addresses and on all three ip's it made me enter capcha 5 times before it would create an account on all three accounts. I entered the capcha perfectly all times, no mistakes. I was wondering why none of my gmail account creators were working dammit' now I know.

Could be outdated software not passing a new field or cookie..

Even doing them by hand though, it's the same. And I just purchased the one program a week ago and it worked fine. Just wondering if anyone else is having problems.

I had the same bullshit today took me forever to create 10 accounts. I kept getting page can't be displayed as well

I'm just wondering if gmail has changed something? And if anyone else has any ideas. If you have to enter captcha a number of times to create an account everyone, and all their programs, will be screwed.

I had problems yesterday when I was making a few. I would enter the captcah correct everytime, but it still wouldn't let me get past it. Kept saying I entered it incorrect.

happened to me as well.... i just change ips, clear cookies and sessions, and then it works flawlessly ... for a while.

Exactly, I think they have changed something. I emailed the guy I got my software from when I didn't know what was going on. He told me he was having hardware problems on his end and that's why my account creator wasn't working. I think he's just stalling because they have changed something and he's trying to find a way around it. Dunno.

I've had the same problem too. It's kind of like hit and miss. I read on another forum that gmail changed the amount of time between each account, meaning you can't make back-to-back accounts. Might have to wait a minute or two. Don't know how true that is though. But changing your IP often would probably speed it up a little.

This really sucks. I hope some bright programmer finds a way around it.

I thought it was just me!

Hopefully there will be a work around.

@lonny41: We really were having some hardware difficulties. The processor in our development server went out, so we had to purchase a new one. To help the situation, we also purchased a better motherboard with RAID which will support our new SATA hard drives. We just got the new hardware today, and have released an update for our YouTube account creator. We are working on a fix for the Gmail Account Creator.

The best thing I can think of at the moment is when the invalid captcha message is received:

Code:
Please enter the letters as they are shown in the new image above.

...then the new captcha will be displayed, and all of the information will be re-entered and submitted as many times as necessary until the account is created. This is really going to be a pain in the ass for my customers who use my Gmail Account Creator, and it will drastically increase the amount of time it will take to create multiple accounts. Especially since Gmail's daily limit is still in place.

I really hope that Gmail works out any kinks that need to be fixed.

I will be working on an update for the Gmail Account Creator, and will release it ASAP.
