U are selling empty vccs for $15? doesnt matter if HQ or NOT...so basically just to bypass trial purposes? Dude $5-$7 is also HQ but with $15 VCC/VBA, the VCC/VBA gotta have a preloaded amount. I could be wrong tho.

I can't take gurantee for only Google Ads.
My VBA and VCC Works perfectly well with PayPal and many other platforms.
