Can someone tell me what #'s I should be looking for or give me a good estimate what I should aim for in order to find good keywords? I see people using allintitle: in google or putting the word in quotes to see how much results show up in Google.

My question is how do you determine whether the # is good or not?

if you download market sam*rai on here it will help you analyze your keywords to see if the traffic is worth it and if you can rank for it because that is a hard question to answer. there is no set number of searches you should look for because the higher the number of searches the harder the competition.

Even with MS then, what #'s should I look at? They say to look for SEOT of 80 to 100, SEOTC of this and that, etc.
