At the risk of sounding bitter, part of me is thinking it serves them right for using those auto-binder programs. Is there more annoying (rhetorical question incoming) than to list an item to then be instantly undercut, yet another tool to squeeze as many pennies out of the public as possible while making it next to impossible for your average joe to sell it feels to me. /rant
LMAO! I don't how else i should feel about this. If they want to make good, then they should pay off every seller who got caught up in this
Made me laugh:
"I am truly sorry for the distress this has caused our customers."
It must be terrible buying stuff for 1p
Their customers are the sellers using their program and it was terrible for them.
I don't know the whole story and I won't get into it because it's a waste of my time but from what I skimmed I have to agree. At the end of the day, you've got to manage you own business and do it properly. I never trust such automation software, unless of course you design and create your own by your own standards. I guess their only way of getting anything back is hoping Amazon helps them out or suing RepricerExpress for damages. Though I don't know the full story so I can't truly comment on it.
