Remove all plugins that have bad stigma attached to them first... If your running robots or so, they might look you badly cause they consume their servers quite nicely :) (just thinking about that you said to them that your WP is lagging and they might go like "well doh your using bots that burned down 20 of our servers doh")

Always play it safe if it is your money site :)

EDIT: ah you only have lagging at dashboard.. weird.

if you're running wordpress you MUST take the time to install the latest version and YOU MUST run these two plugins:

    - db cache reloaded fix (be sure to enable)
    - wp super cache (be sure to use mod_rewrite option and press button to update .htaccess

    otherwise, performance will suck

uninstall w3 total cache if it came as a default

Ya you'll need to give it to them unfortunately.

I'd expect that the real Kevin Rose would know that though ;)

I had a problem with my wordpress blog, that was killing me for an hour... I'm quite good with wordpress but I was completly stuck.

Gave hostgator the username and password, they fixed it in 30 seconds. Top quality technical support.
