Giving Free Products On my Site for Affilate ?

I'm new to affiliating and just wanted some input if you would be so kind?

I have a website running for 3 years now its an eCommerce site, i get about 5,000 unique visitors a day. Here is what i wan to do i short.

I want to offer a FREE ITEM to my 18,000+ current members and new customers if they CLICK on some Affiliate program that will make me money...

Im thinking like this, If they sign up for say for an affiliate that will pay me $50, then I will get a nice item sent to them worth $30 (my cost) and retails for $80-$100 .... so it's a WIN-WIN situation.

I have a 20,000 sqft warehouse, and lots of products, so it's not an issue. Only problem? I have no CLUE how these affiliate programs work and i dont have time to spend to figure it out.

Interested in just helping out? OK, interested in JV ? OK.....

Only way to find out is to try it. However, you want to make sure that whatever affiliate program you go through is cool with this type of setup.

Its called incentives.
