Giveaway subforum rules visibility

The giveaway section is buried in the making money subsection and the rules are also there ( i just got a warning about that )
i personally don't really hang out in that section of the forum nor do i enter http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/ that ofther so even though i read the forum rules i didn't see the giveaway section or the rules that apply, i'm not asking for anything about that.

what i'm asking is adding a link to the giveaway rules from the forum rules ( http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/misc.php?do=vsarules ) so other people don't make the same mistake i did.
