Whether you are having trouble getting accepted by some CPA networks, or simply want to have a spiffy "corporate" Web site to go with that corporate entity you formed for all of your online business, I've got you covered.

I'm offering complete "professional services" style Websites at an incredibly low price for BHW members in good standing for at least 30 days, and with at least 50 posts.

What you get:

A basic "professional services" style Website with up to 6 pages, a contact form, a newsletter signup, and a smattering of stock images and nicely deployed "info boxes" or similar elements.

Custom developed unique* content. All content written by yours truly, a native speaker of English (the American variety). I am business literate, and can generate simple descriptive pages about virtually any online/professional services type company. Should you need one of these sites for something other than an online professional services type of company, please contact me regarding your industry. I can probably still help you out, but you might not want me coming up with content for your medical heart valve manufacturing company, if you know what I mean.

*While all content that I develop will be hand written by me, there is only so much variation that shows up on most professional services style sites, so I make no guarantees that it will not look very similar to some other site which might be out there somewhere.

A custom text logo and tagline using your domain name and/or company name.

Optionally, the incorporation of your existing logo as long as a clean usable digital copy can be provided.

Optionally, existing copy can be incorporated into your site (instead of content that I generate). Please note that I am not an editing/proofreading service, however, and will not, as a general rule, make extensive changes or edits to supplied content.

A representative example can be seen at: http://demo.mattstrike.com

The site is built on the Joomla CMS platform, which means that editing the content is extremely easy.

My sites are built on existing commercial templates (legit), and if you would like something with a little more zing, let me know, and I can likely accommodate your needs.

My sites are optimized for Cpanel type hosting, and I provide an archive file and a database file, as well as instructions for uploading and configuring your site. If you know how to create a database from your control panel, uploading and setting your site up will take about five minutes. If you would rather, I can install your site for you for an additional nominal fee.

What it costs:

Ordinarily these sites start at $199.95, but until I come to my senses, I am offering BHW members who meet the above requirements these sites at the bargain starting price of $99.95. (All prices in US Dollars)

Turnaround:

I request that you leave me 5 business days for turnaround from the date of acceptance of your project, although I will always deliver projects as soon as they are completed. If you have critical need for a site, let me know, and I will see what I can do to accommodate you.

Other Stuff:

One of my specialties is providing "updated" versions of existing sites. If you have a site that is feeling a little too "late 90's" for you, contact me and I'll see what I can do. For BHW members, I will do my very best to figure out a way to redo your site for close to the price of this package deal as is possible.

If you are not sure what your project requires, feel free to contact me regarding it, but please understand that larger sites, or more pages of content will incur higher costs. Also, I am not looking to take on long term or complex development projects at this time.

I am (still) accepting payment via PayPa1, although with their increasingly lame antics, I might be switching soon. If you cannot or will not use them to pay for my services, feel free to contact me to work out alternative arrangements.

Want to barter for my services? There are a few things that I am certainly willing to trade for (quality reseller hosting near the top of the list), but bear in mind that I reserve the right to post, and mercilessly mock any lame barter suggestions, so at least get the value in the ballpark, all right?

Obviously, these sites are primarily designed for virtual companies (just a little more window dressing) - if you really make all of your money offering professional services, I would advise you to contact me (or another qualified Web developer) for a more complete consultation regarding your Web presence.

Satisfaction is guaranteed. If, after I deliver your site, you feel that it is not up to the level of workmanship that the demo site lead you to expect, contact me, and I will make it right.

And, before someone brings it up, yes, my main site is currently offline, and will be for a while longer, until I am ready to launch my major (and very exciting) new product offering which is currently in development. Thanks for understanding.

Extra Special Offer:

I'm still fairly new here, so as a means of better introducing myself to the community, I am offering 1 lucky Jr. VIP (or higher) ranked member a free site. Minimal strings attached (just a post here talking about what it was like to work with me). Just make sure that the site is roughly in line with the demo site and what is outlined here. First come first serve. I will post here as soon as the offer is claimed.

Great offer Matt, having a professional company website is one of the easiest ways to increase your chances of getting accepted into cpa and affiliate networks.
BTW - I paid about $400 for a similar website (so this is a steal).

i`m starting up my business right now. and i need a site. if i`m not to late, i would like to take you up onthe free offer.
the demo site looks really good, and this will make dealing with networks much much easyer.

Hello,
I'm very new at this forum. I'm wondering if you are willing to make any exemption to your original offer.
Otherwise I'm willing to wait to qualify
Thank you Sir

Thank you for your inquiry. I'm going to hold firm to the requirements on my offer, because otherwise I might have people joining simply to get their site for half off! ;)

When you get close, go ahead and PM me, and we can get your project set up and ready to go.

Thank you for the reply. I'll definitely wait until get closer to qualify.
Thank you again,

Can you work with Flash as well? I've got a flash template I want to use but have no idea how to edit and install it.

I've spoken to MrNoob via PM, but to clarify to everyone here, if you have a third party template (Flash or HTML), and want me to do a site based on that template, please send me a pm, and a link so that I can look at the template. I can probably do it, but depending on the template, I reserve the right to not work with it, or to quote something higher than the special here.

Nice demo site. All that for just $99? Wish i found you earlier. Wait, i'm not qualified... looks like i have to wait and post!

I contacted mike 2-3 days ago and we quickly discussed what I needed, which was 3 professional looking business sites. He worked very quickly and professionally. I would recommend to anyone. This is the shit

Thank you very much for the kind words! I hope those sites serve you well, but not so well that you won't be needing more eventually. ;)

I can't recommend Matt's work highly enough. It was extremely fast. And it turned out
better than I imagined. The site is gracefulmedia.net.
If you want something different you can grab something from template monster,
the templates are free all over the place, and he'll make something that looks much more expensive than it is.
Thanks again Matt.

Thanks for the kind words!

I do want to caution people, though, that as far as working with TemplateMonster templates, they can be a little hit or miss in terms of how easy they are to work with. I am working on a few sites for another client, and have been having a terrible time getting what should have been a simple drop in replacement to work, because the included "source" files, were not properly layered!

Also, I know that there are templates aplenty out there, and I'll happily try to work with whatever you send my way, but I like to pretend that you bought the template, and forwarded it to me, if you know what I mean! ;)

Again, MrNoob, it was a pleasure working on your site!

yeah scuba, i know, i updated it allready, i was on vacation the last two weeks.
all is well now, now going to miror the site in dutch, for all the dutch out there!

matt`s service is really outstanding, he pmed me back a couple of times asking i needed any help with updating or anything. don`t see that often ;)

It's been a blast working on these sites, but I'm getting ready to retire the current $99.95 special pricing. I'm going to offer 10 more sites at these prices, and then the prices will be returning to the normal rate of $199.95.

Want a site, but your domain/hosting etc. isn't sorted out yet? Not to worry, a 50% deposit will get you locked in at the current pricing.

For those of you who don't yet qualify, or who are worried about not being able to take advantage of this offer, I am working on some additional offerings that will make sure you are not left out in the cold:

A DIY "business in a box" type of solution for people who want to "roll their own". It won't have the custom content, and will require a little elbow grease for most people to get it where they want, but it will be considerably less than $100. Look for it coming to BST soon! (Please don't PM me about this, it will be ready when it is ready)

Expanded services offerings. I'm still hammering out the details, but I have a number of upgrades that are going to be available for the standard pro-services sites. Have a suggestion for what you'd like to see available? Please let me know. I can't add every feature, but I will take all suggestions into consideration.

I've had a number of requests for sites/scripting work that really had nothing to do with the pro-services style sites. This is all right, but the few problems that I have run into have been with third party scripts/templates, so I am going to be pretty selective from here on out with what I take.

I've also had a lot of questions about the sites that I offer, so to clarify, my standard sites are:
  • Built on Joomla.
  • Have a fully functional WYSIWYG editor in the back end, which allows for easy adding/editing of content.
  • Have a fully functional contact form (if desired) that can direct to the email of your choice.
  • Have a fully functional double opt-in newsletter (if desired), which also has a simple, but functional, bulk newsletter function. It is suitable for a hundred or so emails a day, or more, depending on your host, but for large lists, you should export the addresses and use a professional mailing service. (it will export the list in a friendly format, though)
  • Have search engine friendly (SEF) URLs. This is normally really good for SEO purposes, although that isn't much of a consideration for these types of sites, it still makes them look more professional.
  • Include stock photos, at least some of which are from iStockPhoto. The fact that iStockPhotos are somewhat recognizable is intentional - it says that the owner of the site is willing to spend money. Sites that only use free stock photos send a different sort of message.

As always, satisfaction is guaranteed. If I take your money, I will deliver a site that you are happy with. If for whatever reason, you are not happy with it, or I do not deliver it, I will fix it, or refund your money.

All the best,

Matt

Just a quick update:

I decided to sign up for some additional affiliate networks myself, and figured that I'd go through this process armed only with one of my pro services sites (exactly like what I am offering here) and my cell phone.

I just got approved for one of the networks that I applied to, and I only applied a few hours ago. Everything went smoothly, and after a small phone call that was nothing more than a formality, everything is set to go.

If you have any questions about that phone call, or what to expect, please feel free to PM me, although there are several excellent threads here already explaining what to say to get accepted.

A few specifics though:
  • The domain I used was pretty lame - not horrible, but it really does not sound terribly much like a marketing company.
  • I did make sure that the email address I signed up with was in the form of [email protected] which was, of course, the same domain as the site I had used.
  • For my applications, I used my cell phone (which is a bit of a no-no, but I was feeling lazy, and really wanted to put the method to the test).
  • I did sign up with eF4x for a free fax number (not even remotely near my area code, though), and used that on my applications as well, even though a fax is not generally a required field.

Again, any questions, though, and please feel free to PM me.
