    I think he means if he uses ghost cpa with non-incentive cpa offers will the network find out and ban his account.

    i'm interrested to hear although i know that you have to play safe and stay under the radar through not putting all of your eggs in the same busket .

    Yes, if you don't mix it in with some good leads that will convert for the advertiser you'll most likely be banned/taken off the offer/not paid.
