Ghost/Shadow on twitter, exist??

(SORRY MY ENGLISH IS BAD)

I was reading some post here and see that twitter is ghost/shadow accounts, I mean you follow a lot of people and dont get follow back.

But it is because of twitter or maybe twitter is some dead and people is not following back.

Whats the main reason, please help me with it.

one thing: locked accounts (Following: 0 ) can't get no followbacks, but unfollows In 24 h up to minus 2% followers

The following number will be reset to the previous number after the unlock. This reset process will takes also time and causes more unfollows.
I .e. the reset reached 50% you will appear to 50% of your "Friends" as not following them

i had 2 cases where twitter unlocked the accounts after ~ 24 h's Loss: 2 x ~3%

All people will not check twitter notifications.. some people like to have more followers than following..some people ignore etc..
