If I get a webmoney account using tor, do I risk losing money if they find out im in usa? Or is their warning saying its not avaible just a bs thing to not get in trouble with U.S. government?

One thing I can recommend is not using Tor. Those onion relay networks are trouble and are used
by some pretty nasty stuff in the deep web. Stick to dedicated vpns or private proxies.

If you use it for SEO purpose you won't have any issue..

It's only when you use it for fraudulent activity that it might
raise concern, besides that i think you are safe..

I have a webmoney account (I'd like to get rid of, actually, you can PM me about it). WM only locks out the sign up page from US IPs. If the account already exists, WM doesn't care about the IP, it gives you full access to the login and other pages.

You can get internal information changed to permit a withdrawal by bank, exchanger or bank card. The problem is basically it's difficult to complete just about anything in WM, as its non-intuitive interface requires verification before you can do any transfer operation.

But will they ask for my ID when I request a transfer to someone in WU?

They don't seem to offer a WU option from what I can see. Just bank, bank card or exchanger. They verify if the sender and receiver of funds is verified under their system before permitting the exchange.

They do, but the page for it is in Russian language, so even with Google translate its too hard to understand since they murder the translation.
