I run a tech news blog that is more about tech orientated blog articles than "news" but we still serve up news (but our blog posts seems to be the popular ones) and our CPC is like.. one penny now and it used to be close to a dollar. I'm not sure what happened, we used to get all tech ads and a high CPC but now it's atrocious.

You should concentrate on your keywords so that you will get related ads on your blog.

    1) -> Go to your site through proxies, VPN, or some1 elses PC

    2) -> look at the unrelated ads... copy the URL to them , refresh page to get more unrelated ones

    3) -> and then go into Adsense and go to 'Allow & Block ads'

    4) -> Go to Advertiser URLS... add all the unrelated ones.. you will still get some but not as much... I did this and CTR improved a tad bit
