I notice that sometimes my site gets visitors from other websites' pages, with my site only being mentioned in text, not as a link.
I see that in Firef0x that you can highlight a domain name in text and then right click to see a menu of link clicking options. I guess it's the same with some other browsers.
Just wondering if other people are noticing traffic from text I guess you'd say, and if so, if maybe a text mention of your domain name will be as good as a link. If not as far as the search engines goes, at least as far as getting traffic from a text hyperlink.
Which, for all I know maybe already you just have to double-click any domain names in text with mobile device browsers, and it will open as a link. I'm not sure if the traffic is coming from mobile devices or PC users.
I guess it could just come down to the individual browser that you use either for a PC or mobile device. It seems that that could be a function added to a browser?
