getting thumbnails for youtube?

I'm trying to set it up so that my content is displayed as excerpts on the main page but I'm wondering, are there any plugins that can generate thumbnails for embedded youtube videos and work with wp-youtube??

the pictures links is not workin , give us more details about what you like to do . u would like to give thumbnails and use it in wp as pictures gallery or as guide for youtube videos ? give us more details please .

 

yep try get the image plugin if you are using wordpress
