Getting Threats From Lawyers, DMCA Advice About Watermarking Porn Uploading

I have you all doing alright, basically I wish to get some advice or just give you some head up at the same time. I have been with the porn uploading method for some time but now I took a break from it, I don't make much money just a normal extra income to support my family with some bread and milk. I have tons of videos uploaded to porn sites, some are on top with low 1 / 2 keywords. Lately I have this douche of a lawyer hanging on my neck.

I been receiving loads of threats from this guy, claiming he is a lawyer from a company and reporting all my content and giving me a hard time. He keeps saying about revenge porn and stuff like that. He is targeting all my accounts and putting shit loads of videos down. He is using threats about going to court and stuff like that. That's not the problem, but could this really lead to a legal issue? I have also deleted some of my videos however there is nothing about revenge porn/hacked webcams as all videos are from webcam shows. I also can't delete all the videos as I have shit tons. I have been getting loads of DMCA also which is crazy.

So, for whoever wishes to stat the porn uploading method just be careful and be ready for shit like this. Others, what is your best advice right now?

I also can't remove all the videos, some I lost passwords too. Also what is this dumbfag's problem?

If you are living in the US and YES, it could be a serious problem!
You should take a break and abandon the email that you uses to upload and get paid. Sell your computer, change your ISP or move out if you can (Just in case)

Well.. you could be fucked, you need to know it's content of someone else. Try to remove all the things you uploaded, contact the websites you uploaded to and try to work with that douchebag.

You got whois enabled for your domain ? How that lawyer get your email ? he is contacting you in email ? where are you from ? Need lots of information to answer this.

If he just taking down your video and contacting you through porn site account you can say "fuck off" to that lawyer.

Dude, you know yourself if your vids are original or not. Did you make the porn yourself? If not, then you already know it's not yours.

Kind of suspicious you haven't been contacted by the porn sites yet. Are you using different domains, ip's etc? How many videos are you uploading per account?

I think the same as you. Probably OP made the mistake of leaving the whois information from one his domains available and a jealous competitor is fucking around. Porn sites receive plenty of DMCA complaints everyday , and they even don´t check if the claimer is the owner of the content, deleting automatically the claimed videos. A real lawyer would first point the company he is representing.
