Well I just started using MNF about a month ago, Im no expert by any means so I've stuck to the following

    8k+ searches
.com .net available (just a prefference)
MOB I have kept under 10 so far
    Under 40k Exact Phrase Count
    SOC green light

Now I have found a bunch of niches with amounts slightly higher but I'm saving those for when I run out of other sites to develop.

I've found one large niche that Im currently working on developing its about 30 sites, testing between adsense and a CPA offer. If all goes well and I dont screw it up. The network should generate roughly 5 million hits from searches a year.

I think I got lucky in finding so many niches all related to one keyword but maybe its the norm. I've only put in about 8 hours of searching though.

    Time will tell I guess.

I use MNF to narrow down my list of keywords for a niche I'm interested in, then I put these keywords into Market Samurai to research further.
