Getting spammed from SEO companies...

Since a few weeks I'm getting mailed by contact form on my sites with texts liek this one:

Let us do the tedious SEO work for you. You know your business, we know SEO. Our rates are some of the most competitive in the industry. We will put in writing that everything we do adheres to all ethical Search Engine Optimization guidelines. At a minimum you owe it to yourself and your business to reply to this email so I can send you more information.

Contact maila are always gmail account, would you asnwer for a quote?

Email them back asking, If they are so good why do they need to spam? and
can they rank your under-age midget porn and bestiality site for the keyword
"children's toys"?
 
I get a tone of them to. If you have a contact us form on your site and know how to do a little coding, you can filter out messages that contain the "link building", seo, etc.. I have done that and I stopped getting messages.
