This issue has been resolved. @BotMaker321123 chatted with @BassTrackerBoats and I over PM and after reviewing the method he wanted to post, we allowed him to post it after coming to the conclusion that it does not violate the terms and conditions on Black Hat World.

In regards to his other problem of not being able to respond to his own threads, this was due to the updated rules in the HAF and WTB sections, which BTB elaborated on here.
