Getting rid of someone's Myspace account?

I really want to delete this girl's Myspace account for a few reasons:

1. she has been spreading my name and bad things about me
2. she sends me nasty messages

Now, I have a business and a name to hold up, and for her to be spreading the kinda crap she's been spreading is unacceptable.

I've already reported abuse for the nasty messages she's been sending (reason: cyberbullying), and I'm doing everything I can to get rid of her.

Anyone have any ideas? I know this forum is very resourceful and smart.

Why dont you just block her from messaging and commenting your profile?
if you delete her profile, its easy enough for her to make a new account n carry on 'cyberbullying' ya, where as if shes blocked, she cant get to you at all.

Not an easy answer as it's myspace...but I think you should put the energy into yourself versus spending time on her...I mean, how many ways are there to undermine a myspace profile?...

One gets deleted, another pops up, and on and on and on...

All I can say is if she throws crap at you, build yourself a sewer treatment plant...meaning, just carry on building your rep and make her look like one little insignificant turd trying to stain you...

As a business owner who values integrity and honesty, build so much value and character that people would question her comments and see them for what they are...personal or unfounded attacks...people will turn their backs and ignore that kind of rhetoric if it isn't true or isn't supported by evidence...

In the end, you will look like the dignified person and she will appear to be exactly what she is...a cyberbully...address the behavior, label it, and move on...

but is there any way I can get rid of her main account? I don't really care if she creates a new one, I just want to piss her off and for her to feel the sting of losing her whole friends list.

I was thinking of doing a phishing scheme but I doubt she would fall for it...gahhhh

When she spreads things about your site/business etc then it'll attract more visitors

you could put up swimsuit pics of her (if ya find em) and then she would have them there for life (or 8.99/year)
