    Hi Guys,

Maybe the title is a little off the topic of the question, but I was thinking about getting some offline SEO clients, but I have a query:

I know how to get them, and what to offer them .. BUT .. What keywords do I target? Let's say I get a response from 2 dentists, what do I do? I can't exactly target 'Dentists in Birmingham' for both of them can i?

I can rank for their name easily, but what else do I rank for? :/

Shall I just work with 1 business from each industry (Dentistry, Florist, Chiropractor etc.)

    Thanks in advance

Ask them about their ideal client. Find out who their best customers are, and then think about what that person would type into google to find a person like your client.

Also, play around with tools for ideas. Start with a few keywords, and spread out from there. Google has a few tools you can use (wonder wheel, trends, keyword tool), plus there are others you can find on this site.

Take a look at competing sites that are obviously being optimized and making money, and find out what keywords they are focusing on. You can find methods for this on this forum, also.

I would rank for them both, maybe throw in 1 or 2 different keywords each and rank for them as well.
