Found a complete torrent of the program. Downloading that shit now. I'd rather look good when i'm out spending that Black-hat dough then continue to be a computer-chair-potato (couch potato is so 1990s).

    Who's with me!

I was in the military. This seems to be the closest thing to bootcamp style workouts I've seen.

Just go to the gym and ask the trainer to set up a routine for you, he'll give you guidelines, such as how many days you should go a week, what machines you should work at, how many reps, etc.

i seen this too and it looks great - but if your completely out of shape ie like me - is this still a good thing to start with?

the results look great but it looks like you gotta be kinda be in some kinda shape to do it?

if you're out of shape this is a tough program to start with. You will probably need a lot of additional breaks when going through the different programs.

I'm on day 6 and I noticed my stamina has increased a TON but my muscles just can't keep up so i have to take extra breaks here and there. The first week P90x will just about push you to complete muscle failure so make sure you have plenty of Protein Powder in the house.

Its worth it in the end if you don't quit and finish the whole program.

You do need a pull up bar. You either need dumbbells or those bands. I recommend dumbbells cause I broke a few bands. And thats about it.

Hey for those that dont have the Nutrition guides or anything, here it is.

you definitely need a pull up bar. And some dumbbells or some other type of item that weighs 5-15lbs. small cat, kid, milk jug etc... Also need some 25-50lbs dumbbells as well but if you dont have any that weight use something else around the house until you can buy/borrow some.
