If I find a D*O*F*O*L*L*O*W blog, is there any harm in getting multiple backlinks from the same domain using different urls from that site?

no (personal opinion)

your 500th link {may not|likely won't|probably won't} have as much juice as the first one you place, however a link's a link.

No harm but results will not be as good...
Focus your link building on as much different Class-C IPs as possible.

Im looking for a variety of sites to link build off of, but since I do tend to find D*FLWs im trying to make the best use out of them as i come across. Im going slow to find D*flws in particular, that way I can reuse over different domains and just anchor down when needed
