Recently having an issue with an Fiverr seller who has Pro badge.. he delivered the order that was not completed and i didnt get an email so right now he got over 300 euros from me.. Since he is a Pro seller i guess the Fiverr sides with him.. but i actually have an opportunity to get my money back within 14 days period.. I ordered an WP website, he didnt deliver on time and when he did the site was not completed.. i basically waited for a whole month for him just to upload an demo theme, I didnt pay him a damn 300+ euros just for a template theme that i could buy and install myself for 49$ or get it for free, from here. So how should i approach this situation, i contacted the fiverr CS and they told me they can sort this out if i contact the Seller and it will not work out with him.. the issue is that the Seller probably says okay i will finish it.. but im not okay with this, he does bad job to be honest and takes a lot more time than he says.. i just dont have time and money to wait for him.. So my question is how you would proceed in this situation, can i just tell that this vendor is not providing the job in this time fram he promised, or what? Because he probably will say he will finish it then, and i really do not want to deal with this person anymore.. I asked BHW members to rate the site that he built yesterday and even people here told me to ask an refund, the job was way bad for this amount of money, but i need an solid points and reasons to come up for fiverr CS.
