Getting money back from Fiverr PRO seller?

    Recently having an issue with an Fiverr seller who has Pro badge.. he delivered the order that was not completed and i didnt get an email so right now he got over 300 euros from me..
    Since he is a Pro seller i guess the Fiverr sides with him.. but i actually have an opportunity to get my money back within 14 days period..

    I ordered an WP website, he didnt deliver on time and when he did the site was not completed.. i basically waited for a whole month for him just to upload an demo theme, I didnt pay him a damn 300+ euros just for a template theme that i could buy and install myself for 49$ or get it for free, from here.

    So how should i approach this situation, i contacted the fiverr CS and they told me they can sort this out if i contact the Seller and it will not work out with him.. the issue is that the Seller probably says okay i will finish it.. but im not okay with this, he does bad job to be honest and takes a lot more time than he says.. i just dont have time and money to wait for him..

    So my question is how you would proceed in this situation, can i just tell that this vendor is not providing the job in this time fram he promised, or what? Because he probably will say he will finish it then, and i really do not want to deal with this person anymore..
    I asked BHW members to rate the site that he built yesterday and even people here told me to ask an refund, the job was way bad for this amount of money, but i need an solid points and reasons to come up for fiverr CS.

    If you paid via Paypal, that is an option.

    The service /goods are not fit for purpose, not of the required standard, delivered faulty and delivered late.

    If you're from the UK, you should be covered by Section75 of The Consumer Credit Act

    Charge back via your bank , easy peasy. Should have your money back in no time. Never had an issue getting my money back through various banks and countries.

    In my experience, Fiverr is more favorable to buyers as compared to sellers.

    Unfortunately chargebacks are very hard to do where im from.. i just proceeded with the fiverr CS and after i explained the situation, i listed the reasons MisterF stated above and hope to get an refund from them.
    Vendor claimed that the website was fully functioning, heck he didnt even activate ssl :D left the demo content on it and thats that.

    Screenshot that and as much proof of shoddy workmanship, so you can provide that to support your case.

    This is easier than using paypal. Just tell them he didn't deliver. They'll chargeback.
    *edit just saw your comment about it being hard in your country. It shouldn't be if it's a visa/mastercard. You don't have to go into details just say he didn't deliver.

    So that mean his service already delivery and Mark as complete.. Usually there a period 3 days after he deliver his service..did you check it..?

    ..or you just missed the email that you said.

    Fiverr is full of garbage, and the idea of Pro sellers is just ridiculous.

    You should contact your CC company, like the others have said. Hope it works out for you.

    The REP told me to give him another 24 hours, considering he took a month to upload a demo theme, there is no possible way he can make that up with 24 hours, so i rejected the offer.. will see.

    Djeezz. Thit you pay that amount for the the website you posted yesterday for review?

    The one I criticized in my ussual friendly manner?

    CC chargeback if Fiverr does not cooperate sounds about right. Just like the others had mentioned.

    Hhhmmm. Now I am starting to feel a bit like a dick.

    I do hope you will get your money back. It's a hefty amount for what you got in exchange.

    Just keep nagging the Fiverr sales/support department until they do a full refund.
