Getting low thresholds nowadays (US$ 10, GBP 10, etc) ... [GOOGLE ADS]

The problem I am facing since last around 1 week is that no matter what, I am getting thresholds of US$ 10 in US Google Ads accounts, thresholds of GBP (Pounds) 10 in UK Google Ads accounts.
Anyone else facing this at the moment ?
I'm sure it is not to do with my account creation method(s), because I've been creating Google Ads threshold accounts since 5+ years, so I use various methods and strategies.
