Hi guys, I am thinking of ways of low cost or no cost investments to begin.
    With just an internet connection,
I would have to make an ebay account. I would register under a CPA network at least 1 account. Post digital items onto different social media accounts and drive traffic to these accounts. To promote many CPA products.

For the ebay account, I would look for deals to flip under very specific niches. Niches would have to be low competition.

Now, this is where it gets more serious. I would create a stealth Ebay account, post items for 50% the cost as auction. From there I would try to get a free item from amazon dropship that or dropship a fake item or no item. I would deal with paypal over the course of 30+ days or more further questioning whether the item really came to the person's address or not.

I would not attempt this as it seems like a far shot goal and would fail.

Another practical method I would slowly build up a method and scale up exponentially. I could register for pay for click accounts and pay someone to drive traffic. After doing the math, could I make money off that?
    Scenario 1:

    PTC .01cents per click

    Budget: $10 for 1000clicks

    Every 100clicks, $2

    $20 profit every campaign.

If the numbers make sense, are there even networks that allow slim margin profits? If so I would also like to know :)

Sounds like you're doing fraud on the eBay route. That is not only illegal, which can cause you more than it's worth (banned plus the chance of being arrested), it also makes it that much difficult for people actually doing this as a legit form of money doing it the right way.

Why even bother scamming people? That's just stupid and will inevitably have you become someone's **** in prison, or at least a hefty fine that will put you into more debt than you would feel comfortable with.
