LTP. I hate KW analysis though, WAAAAY too many factors now. Used to be able to just check their KW density, title, desc etc. Easy... But now sites can get page one with none of these things and yet be unstoppable due to the domain's authority.

1)Get the semrush 1 month pro account (I think there are free trial for 15 days, not sure)
    2)Plug in 10-15 competition websites
3)Download reports (you will have their keywords and positions they are ranking for)
4)Pick easy to rank keywords with a decent epc
5)Create content and make some $$$

I think that's the easiest way to find solid keywords and to rank fast.

Paul is right the very first thing I would do is scope out the competition and look at their keywords. You can do your own research and come up with keywords but at the end of the day using SEMrush is your best friend.

I use Ant Rescuer a decent keyword research tool which provides 100s of long tail keywords for any main keyword.

Put your website on google keyword planner and take the main keywords suggested which you can then dig further using keyword tools.
