Hmm, I hope this is the right place for this..

But I have a blog, lots of content and gets like 200-600 unique daily and I have one affiliate ad.. The thing is I'm getting clicks but no commission...

Can anyone suggest some tips on how to get these clickers to go ahead and complete the commission orders?

I dont think anyone can help you much without seeing your blog. Maybe you should try promoting another site and see if it converts better.

Are you getting enough clicks? Is your traffic TARGETED?

Also 'I have one affiliate ad' I think that's your problem right there.

You have a blog, your own website.. start abusing it and post ads everywhere you can.

If the offer is good enough.. setup Aweber and capture leads.

Offer something free, like a 7-week course on whatever.. and then after that promote your affiliate product.. easy sale!

Yes all of my traffic are targeted with keywords and links from related sites.. Well I don't want to make the blog look unappealing with ads everywhere..

Right now I'm trying out new ad banner sizes. The current one was 300x250.. And the affiliate is sort of like Amazon so anyone know what sizes works best for these types of affiliates?

Is the ad you have up related to your site at all? may seem like a dumb question but you haven't said anything about your site yet. That alone can make all the difference.
