getting banned for mass DM

Hello I have a campaign which am promoting on Instagram, so I DM alot of accounts basically on the fitness niche, av been doing this for long without getting banned, but now after sending a message my account will be logged out, can I get a tip, I have tonnes of accounts which i use in sending mass DM

You are the reason they are banning DMs, what do you expect if you spam ?

how much DMs do you send per day/hour?
with or without link?

I send roughly 20 DMS/hr without a link per account. So I use 5 accounts tto complete 100Dms a day.

You mean 20 dms per hr or per day? Because the way you wrote it qould result im 100 per hour not per day.

maybe those accounts are just worn out
use spintax format or smth similar to slightly mutate your template when sending messages would likely increase your longevity
