Years ago I found this method to put backlinks on gov (or any) sites, which have search utilities. But I never really found it working because either sites were clever enough to strip html or the actual result page had no PR anyway. So I'm just asking if anyone have made any succeed with this technique?

    HTML:
    http://patft.uspto.gov/netacgi/nph-Parser?Sect1=PTO2&Sect2=HITOFF&u=%2Fnetahtml%2FPTO%2Fsearch-adv.htm&r=0&p=1&f=S&l=50&Query=%3Ca+href%3D%22http://www.mysite.com%23%22%3Ehttp://www.mysite.com%3C%2Fa%3E&d=PTXT

    http://www.nal.usda.gov/fnic/foodcomp/cgi-bin/nut_search_new.pl?Keywords=www.mysite.com

    http://search.usa.gov/search?utf8=✓&sc=0&query=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.myspecialsite.com&locale=en&m=false&embedded=&filter=moderate&commit=Search
You can get sites easy form Google with this footprint search: "site:.gov search"

Setup a domain for a few weeks put something related to the .gov site on it . Then post your link wait for it to index then redirect juice.

I have plenty of .gov sites that way
