FB has no problem using affiliate links..

However, if your link keeps getting flagged as spam on FaceBook,
simply tweet it on twitter and link your facebook to it or get the status URL
of your tweet and post on facebook.

Well, it really goes fine with me using the affiliate link directly.

The best way is by utilizing facebook ads. Facebook won't flag you when you pay them.
Try it out and if you make a good ROI then expand.

Oh and also you could try using a domain (mycoolwebsite.com) which has a 301 redirect to your affiliate link.
This will look less spammy than url shortners.
