I"ve been using VCCs lately, but it seems some websites that I really want to use them on attempt to verify the address of the card and I frequently get the error "your address cannot be verified".

I've been having trouble trying to solve this problem. The paypal toolbar doesnt work, the gift cards I buy at the store don't work, visa electron doesn't work, etc.

I'm not sure what to do. Does anyone know of a card that seems to have an address attached?

I can help u with VCCs which will not require address etc, what for u r using VCCs?

I PMed you, check box =)

There's a thread here somewhere which lists good VCC's. It's worth the search.

I'm in the US and for me, the Simon's giftcard is my ace in the hole. It only costs $2 & min amount is only $20 -- I get them at the mall, then go home & register them with whatever name & address I want.

In the Uk, Ireland or Canada the best solution for anonymous rechargeable VCC is
3V I've used them for about 3 years now.

Code:
https://www.3vcash.com/

Now there's a great new way to buy online. With 3V Vouchers if you don't have a credit card or don't want to use one, you can shop online on any website worldwide wherever VISA is accepted. You can also pay for things using a 3V Voucher over the telephone and via mail order.

Anyone can use 3V Vouchers, as long as they are 16 years old or over, have an email address and use of a mobile phone. You don't need a bank account or bank references and there are no lengthy application forms, no credit checks and no interest charges. It's the more secure, prepaid way to shop online and is safer than using a credit or debit card. What's more, they're as easy to buy as a mobile top up, from any participating payzone retailer.

I do the same thing but for those of you that do not have a Simon Mall in your area, you can buy them online. You'll still be able to register whatever address works for you but you will not get an actual card. You'll get a VCC that works perfectly.

haven't tried Simon (good info) but have used green dot, for that matter I used a visa gift card, then just accessed the site, edited my info and all was well. If I'd been really crafty (I wasn't) I'd have used a proxy when editing my address, in my particular case didn't really matter.
