Getting a non-tech person to stop messing with you

Not sure how to begin this but I met someone a couple of years ago who for some reason took an interest in me. I made the mistake of trusting them at first and when things went south they decided to keep harassing me. Typically, when someone does something wrong to me, I let it go because I believe in Karma but in this case, I feel that I have to take some sort of action to get them to leave me alone. If anyone knows anything about Tantra or Shamanism then that will give you some idea of what this person has been doing. Problem is they are much more skilled at this and I feel powerless when it comes to fighting back in that same way. I am a programmer though and do have this advantage so was wondering if anyone has any ideas on what I can do to get them to stop or even any other suggestions non-tech related. Thanks!

Also, I don't have their address or phone..just their name and where they work.

What exatly do they keep doing that harrases you?

They have your skype? ban them.
they have your phone number? change it
they have your email? block it.

Why do you have to fight back? what are you fighting against other than your own paranoia, and excuse not to be working on your own work?

The best tantra I know can be found at the police station. File a police report and a judge will probably order them to stay 200 miles from you or something like that.

OP, this is BlackHatWorld, not BlackMagicWorld.

You've landed in the wrong forum.

Yes, I'm a bit confused. Precisely how are they harassing you?
Regardless, I would recommend (based on the severity of the harassment, of course) that you report him/her to the local authorities. Fortunately, people do get jailed for blackmailing nowadays. You'd be surprised about the legal consequences of certain matters we once thought were inapplicable to the legal system.
Be careful though, if you do counterstrike, you may also be held accountable -- come legal actions.
