Like most of us here, I spend a lot of time at my computer. And while I've already invested in a good chair and an adjustable desk, I need to upgrade my mouse.

So, I'm curious...anyone here use a trackball or a vertical mouse for normal computer use? I'm not a gamer, so I don't need a ridiculously advanced mouse...just something that has left/right, scroll, and back/forward buttons. Wireless would be good, too.

I love my trackballs. I have two office spaces. One has a dual monitor setup. The other just has a really big monitor. I say this to say that the trackball mouse does a fantastic job getting to all edges of the screen.

NOTE: It takes time to get used to using a trackball. If you've never used one before, you're likely to hate it for a week or so. After that, you'll love it.

The trackballs I use aren't wireless, but I know they exist.

I've been using vertical mouses for about 5 years. I even game with the thing and can do quite well. Never again felt the pressure i used to feel when using regular mouses
