Ok I know the 1st thing people are going to say is that this is ruthless, however I do not care, honestly ;) Someone is making false statements about me on a wordpress.com blog.

What is the best way to resolve this? I mean obviously I would love to do something to have the blog banned forever from wordpress.com any info would be helpful.

Or even if I could figure out who the heck owns the blog.. any help will be appreciated..

Well, you can contant the staff at wordpress.com and let them know, and maybe they'll help you resolve the issue. Or you can quit being a baby, and dominate the SERPS for your own name, that way you would control the top 10 listings and whatever this guys writes won't matter, because no one will find it.

Just report the blog for spam.

    That should do the trick.

If you want to really make sure you get the job done, use proxies and report the blog for spam multiple time under different personas.

Just space out the flagging a bit and the site should get removed.
