We’ve noticed that several customers, including some who have been with us for over two years, have recently requested refunds, in some cases after downloading over 1,000 items. Many of these customers are asking for immediate action on their requests.
We are actively working with each of these customers (some of whom are BHW members) and have explained that our company assets are currently unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control.
We understand this is a frustrating situation, and we appreciate your patience as we work tirelessly to resolve these issues as quickly as possible.
While we’ve already processed most of the refund requests, a few cases are still in progress, and we ask for your continued patience.
