Hi everyone,

We’ve noticed that several customers, including some who have been with us for over two years, have recently requested refunds, in some cases after downloading over 1,000 items. Many of these customers are asking for immediate action on their requests.
We are actively working with each of these customers (some of whom are BHW members) and have explained that our company assets are currently unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control.
We understand this is a frustrating situation, and we appreciate your patience as we work tirelessly to resolve these issues as quickly as possible.
While we’ve already processed most of the refund requests, a few cases are still in progress, and we ask for your continued patience.

As you know, I only joined in January and haven't downloaded any files using my lifetime subscription. Please don’t imply that I’m one of the customers who has taken extensive advantage of your resources.

Despite your promises to address customer complaints, I’ve yet to receive a single reply to my emails or private messages on BHW. This ongoing silence leaves me feeling disregarded, while I’m being portrayed as if I’m taking advantage of your service.

I have patiently waited for over a month and am not asking for an immediate refund. However, a 30-day timeframe is more than reasonable for processing refunds, especially since only a few of us are requesting it.

Lastly, to other members in the group: Please stop harassing me with assumptions that I’m somehow misusing Festinger’s Vault. Comments like “using and abusing the Vault” are not only inaccurate in my case but also unfair. I simply expect fair treatment and timely responses, just as anyone would in this situation.

Kindly issue the refund at your earliest, only a handful must be asking for refund, given the support, so it shouldn't be an issue. Thanks

@Festinger Vault is working out his legal problems related to this service and should that all clear up I'm positive he will take care of you.

If you are not getting your refund in a timely manner it is fine to open a Dispute Resolution thread but @Festinger Vault has been pretty transparent saying that his business cash is tied up.

I don't care if you do open one up, or if you decide to wait, I just wanted to make sure you all knew your options and why this is now locked.
