Oh, absolutely, while others keep donating to Festinger to get this excellent service back on its feet sooner, you do still HAVE A RIGHT to ask for refund, though we all know Festinger's account is still frozen, and he has already posted a few times that the team needs a little extra time to handle the flood of inquiries.Excuse me? FYI i shared my case and urgency with Festinger via Inbox, and he did issue refunds to users who didn't get what they paid for. My clients have been waiting on me to deliver and due to the court case MY work has suffered. So I HAVE A RIGHT to ask for refund.
