Well, while @Festinger Vault is back, you may use the latest version here. I nulled it for you. Remember to update the free Fluent Forms pjugin too if needed.

Courts can take more than a year to give their verdict. By looking at wordpress drama going right now, I don't think you can restart if wait for their verdict.

I was informed that you’re unable to process refunds at the moment because your funds are frozen. Honestly, that's quite disappointing. You continued to collect payments for two additional months, even though the service wasn't working and you were aware of the legal issues.

@Festinger Vault Dont worry about negative comments. We are with you! I have recently taken lifetime membership and i have not even used it, still i do not want any refund. Keep working towards legal issues because whole GPL world is keeping eye on your progress. If you loose this case then they will sue all GPL sites to court.
