@Festinger Vault, Please look into my issue: I'm reaching out because I was given the trial review but for me it lacked the features I needed in order to fully test out my tech stack. I went ahead and decided to purchase the $39.00 12 credit pack using the discount code. My bank was debited but I have yet to receive the downloads, or even an invoice that references my purchase. It references only an incomplete purchase in the cart. That is the only thing inside my dashboard besides the free trial.

I received a confirmation invoice from Paddle in my email so the purchase defiantly cleared. I'm not sure what is going on but I reached out in the forum, and also sent two support emails because the first email I sent from my main email on accident. The second email is the one associated with my account. The thing that's gotten pretty bummed out is that I have gotten no responses from support and in my email I attached screenshots of my paddle receipt.

I purchased this just after midnight on the 4th. I can understand if sometimes there is a delay but my purchase was instantaneous and I expected that once I saw the Paddle confirmation in the email, my downloads would be available then because it was a few hours before I got that.


The part I'm bummed out isn't so much the long delay of getting access to the downloads (although I do think it should be more clear that's a possibility). I am bummed that the support ticket hasn't garnered a response just to let me know everything is okay. It was a $35.10 purchase and still no ability to download the files I want to test and use. Getting a fast support response would have been nice just to ease my mind. Will you please look into this for me. I don't want to reverse charges and I honestly don't think anything bad is happening. I just want answers.

Well, there's really nothing much to say here. This is a true goldmine if you're one to try different themes, layouts, designs, etc.
I've been using some elements from @Festinger's vault before it turned into a paid service, and you're getting the same quality with constant updates.
The site is effortless to use, and the downloads are faster than ever. Just sign up, search for your needed theme(s) and/or plugin(s), and they'll be installed on your site before you know it!
